Unlike other job boards, we offer free job posts to all registered employers. Just sign up for a free account, fill out your company profile, and you're ready to start posting.
Hire at Your Own Pace
- Use our Employee Search to fill a position fast. It let's you search and browse through our Confidently members. Search by keywords in their profile, as well as location, school, major, and employment status. If you find someone you want to pursue, you can contact them directly through our website.
- Set your own expiration date on all of your job posts. If you want to collect a lot of applicants over time, then you can set your job post to expire in a month or two. If you need to hire quickly, then you can set your post to expire earlier. You can extend a job post's expiration date at any time.
Hire More Efficiently
- Since we only post entry-level jobs and internships, all of our members are seeking opportunities at that career level. That means you won't have to sort through applicants who are overqualified and too experienced. If you're looking to hire college students and recent grads, Confidently is the perfect website for you.
- Confidently is an exclusive paid membership community. All of our members (job seekers) pay a one-time sign-up fee of $7.99. What does that mean for you? All of our members are serious about finding a job. You won't waste time with unresponsive or apathetic candidates.
Stay Organized
- We email you a notification when someone submits an application to one of your job posts. You'll receive a link to their profile on Confidently, along with documents they have attached to their application. In each job post you can specify documents you would like to receive in your applications, such as resumes, cover letters, and various portfolio pieces.
- Your My Account page will show everyone who has applied to each one of your job posts, along with a link to their Confidently profile. This helps you keep track of your applicants so you can refer back to them later.

- Confidently was created by three recent college graduates who had just experienced the entry-level job search first-hand. We built Confidently as the perfect solution for people just like us. Unlike other job boards, we know what Generation Y is looking for in their job search as well as their new employer.
