9. Students and Graduates
All students and graduates who are registered as "Students and Graduates" are allowed to search Confidently for job opportunities and career advice solely for their own personal use. Students and graduates must also verify their identity upon request to ensure authenticity of user information and may never pose as another individual or entity. All students and graduates must be 18 years of age or older and acknowledge that they are individually responsible for the information they post and the consequences from these actions. Confidently reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason and at any time.
For Student and Graduates to fully use the benefits of the website, they must purchase their membership for a onetime fee of $7.99.
10. Employers
All users whom are registered as "Employers" must: be a representative of said company, be able to provide an employer identification number if requested by Confidently to verify the nature of the company, be registered with the intent to hire entry-level positions and internships. Any violation of this may result in deletion of account.
Employer profiles may provide links to their site but may not direct students and graduates to go to said site to apply for job opportunities. All information regarding open positions and hirings must go through a job posting. If a link is provided which does instruct students and graduates to visit said site for opportunities, Confidently reserves the right to contact the user and/or delete the reference.
A job posting cannot contain a link to an outside site in efforts to have students and graduates apply for job opportunities outside of Confidently. Only company links may be displayed under the circumstance that the user is not instructed to apply through that site. If a link is provided which does instruct students and graduates to visit said site for opportunities, Confidently reserves the right to contact the user and/or delete the reference along with immediate deactivation of the job post.
All jobs that are posted must be entry-level positions or internships (1-5 years experience), and relate to a college degree. If a position is posted that is beyond this experience level or meant for those with out degrees, the posting may be taken down by Confidently.
All job postings for "Employers" are unlimited and free for the entire duration of said account.
11. Staffing Agencies
All users whom are registered as "Staffing Agencies" must: be a representative of said company, be able to provide an employer identification number if requested by Confidently to verify the nature of the company, be registered with the intent to hire entry-level positions and internships. Any violation of this may result in deletion of account.

12. Membership
Membership can purchased or gifted for a one time fee on $7.99 and utilized by Students and Graduates. Users may register with out this membership but will not have full benefits of the website until the membership is purchased.
If a purchaser is unsatisfied with their membership, they have up to 30-days from purchase to return for a full refund.
Coupons may be used for a discount on the membership, included gifted membership. If a coupon is found to be used in fraud, The Job Safe reserves the right to deny said discount and revoke membership.
